National Sales Meeting
Planning an event of this magnitude is challenging and requires tremendous organization and coordination. In 2022, I led the planning of 2-meetings which were executed consecutively. This was the ultimate example of teamwork and collaboration. The combined 3-day sessions required coordination for more than 400 attendees, which needed to be guided through an action-packed agenda. My team was responsible for the theme, presentations, video content, agenda, on-site logistics, and more. Highlights of this event included revenue-generating vendor fairs and teambuilding events that created friendly competition en route to donating 5,000 pounds of dry goods to the local food bank. The addition of a mobile app helped keep attendees informed and on track.
ESP Physical Mailer / Invitation  
This package was sent to customers for promoting Carlisle's "Excellence in Single-Ply" (ESP) program. The purpose of the mailer was to incentivize Q4 purchases for roofing contractors to qualify for an all-expenses-paid trip for the business owner and a guest. The view master revealed the location of the trip and included several high-quality images of the resort. 
The IMC team won a Communicator Award for this piece.
International Roofing Expo Commercial that "Stole the Show" 
CCM planned to announce the groundbreaking of a new PVC manufacturing plant at the 2014 International Roofing Expo in Las Vegas. Our leadership wanted to make a big splash at the convention, but I believed we could grab headlines the moment attendees arrived in Las Vegas. I created this video and contracted Lamar Communications to run it at McCarren Airport starting 2-days prior and running 2-days post-show. This had never been done in our industry. Before flying to Vegas, I received multiple text messages from industry colleagues, including one from the President of CCM, congratulating me on "stealing the show." Mission accomplished. The video was then featured on our homepage and promoted through social media.
Trade Show Management 
At Carlisle, my team manages trade shows for all brands exhibiting at more than 50 industry events each year. The team creates the messaging and provides all design files to the exhibit house. The team handles all logistics and developed an online order form for literature and samples. Booth schedules are communicated at preshow meetings, along with a full description of all literature, samples, and giveaway items. At our larger shows, the team plans and executes hospitality events for customers.

I led the team in the development of this piece (above) showing Carlisle's long history of innovation and stability in the industry. Many of our competitors are either relatively new players or have been acquired, thus introducing churn and uncertainty. This was the centerpiece of Carlisle's stability campaign and was published in several mediums and outlets.
