National Sales Meeting
Planning an event of this scale is challenging and demands exceptional organization and coordination. In 2022, I led the planning of 2-meetings, which were executed consecutively. This was a prime example of teamwork and collaboration. The combined three-day sessions required coordination for over 400 attendees, who needed to be guided through an action-packed agenda. My team was responsible for the theme, presentations, video content, agenda, on-site logistics, and more. Highlights of the event included revenue-generating vendor fairs and teambuilding activities that fostered friendly competition, ultimately resulting in the donation of 5,000 pounds of dry goods to the local food bank. The addition of a mobile app helped keep attendees informed and on schedule.
ESP Physical Mailer / Invitation  
This package was sent to customers for promoting Carlisle's "Excellence in Single-Ply" (ESP) program. The purpose of the mailer was to incentivize Q4 purchases for roofing contractors to qualify for an all-expenses-paid trip for the business owner and a guest. The view master revealed the location of the trip and included several high-quality images of the resort. 
The IMC team won a Communicator Award for this piece.
International Roofing Expo Commercial that "Stole the Show" 
CCM planned to announce the launch of a new PVC manufacturing facility at the 2014 International Roofing Expo in Las Vegas. Leadership aimed for a significant presence at the event, but I felt we could make an impact as soon as attendees arrived in Las Vegas. I produced a video and partnered with Lamar Communications to display it at McCarren Airport, beginning two days before the event and continuing for two days after. This approach was unprecedented in our industry. Before departing for Vegas, I received several text messages from industry peers, including one from the President of CCM, who congratulated me on "stealing the show." The video later appeared on our homepage and was shared through social media.
Trade Show Management 
At Carlisle, my team managed trade shows for all brands participating in over 50 industry events each year. The team developed the messaging and provided all design files to the exhibit house. They handled logistics and created an online order form for literature and samples. Booth schedules are communicated during preshow meetings, along with a complete description of all literature, samples, and giveaway items. At our larger shows, the team organized and executed customer hospitality events.

I led the team in the development of this piece (above) showing Carlisle's long history of innovation and stability in the industry. Many of our competitors were either relatively new players or have been acquired, thus introducing churn and uncertainty. This was the centerpiece of Carlisle's stability campaign and was published in several mediums and outlets.
