As a key part of my 2024 "Market Disruption" strategy, I identified the York and Hanover Community Choice Awards as a means to validate our core value of delivering "Exquisite Experiences." This validation would drive our messaging in Q3 and Q4. However, we needed the hardware first. We succeeded in all six categories for which we were nominated, thanks to a well-executed marketing plan that relied on digital marketing, social media, and traditional guerilla marketing techniques. We rallied our group of net promotors, and Traditions Bank won for the first time after several years of being nominated.
