Scope: Utilize a custom CRM platform to develop dashboards that track KPIs and performance of strategic goals. Metrics included New Customers Acquired, New Accounts by Type/Branch/Associate, CDs Reaching Maturity, and Number of Business and Personal Customers. These dashboards were launched for all branch managers to use in their MDI(Managing for Daily Improvement) process.

Tools: 360View (CRM) and Constant Contact (Marketing Automation)
Mortgage Referral Campaign: Build automation that offers new mortgage customers a $150 rebate to open a checking account. 
Goal: Convert (one-time) mortgage customers into long-term personal banking customers.
Results: Contributed to an 42% increase in new accounts created from mortgage referrals. 
Customer Onboarding: This dashboard displayed all customers in the various stages of customer onboarding, with drill-downs into conversions per product. 
Goal: Measure the performance of the customer onboarding campaign while tracking associate adoption of the process.
Results: Contributed to a 33% increase in new accounts created.

Project: Loan Pipeline Dashboard

Goals: 1. Process improvement through automation. Streamline the prep time of the monthly loan pipeline reporting for executive leadership and the board of directors. 2. Increase adoption and utilization of CRM by demonstrating time savings, real-time data, and value-added.
Previously, this was a manual process that required batch downloading of data and manual formatting in Excel.
