Strategy: Convert Landfill Surface Emissions Monitoring (SEM) customers from the traditional Method 21 to Sniffer Robotic's proprietary OTM-51 methodology.
Tactic #1: Develop engaging and educational content for omnichannel marketing.
Tactic #2: Develop a list and prioritize "opportunity states" for targeting. States are identified using criteria such as SEM regulations, pilot/technician availability, and seasonality.

Results: The project kicked off in December 2024 in Washington state. We engaged operations teams from all 16 active landfills in Washington, with representatives from 15 landfills attending the webinar and 13 at the demo. We converted 2 prospects into customers and have a pipeline of 6 additional prospects.
