Throughout my career, I have remained focused on continuously improving my skill set and leadership abilities. Here are some examples of my continuous improvement activities:
(Pictured above) Back in 2013, I had the privilege of being recognized for my exceptional leadership skills, and was selected to represent Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business "Action Leadership Program." The program lasted for 12 weeks, and included 3 weeks of classroom training at Indiana University. During the program, I was part of a cross-functional team comprising representatives from all five Carlisle business units. Our task was to identify areas for cultural improvement that could be implemented across the enterprise. As a team, we identified the need to improve the safety culture in our manufacturing facilities. Upon completion of the program, I was honored to be selected to present the safety plan to the board of directors.
